The Business Literature Team is a contemporary club that will expand the business knowledge of its members by exposing them to relevant literature pertaining to business, leadership, creativity, innovation, ethics, etc. The clubs main purpose is to reinforce the concepts being taught within the Kelley School of Business, thus making the members more cognizant of the practical applications of classroom lessons through the thoughts and words of professionals across industries. The Business Literature Team will sharpen the communication skills of its members and amplify their understanding of business in general. The clubs ultimate goal is to enhance the educational experience at Indiana University by fostering a culture of continuous intellectual growth within the classroom as well as outside. It is extremely important for the Business Literature Team to establish itself not as another class or project, but as an environment of collaboration, friendship, and growth that will benefit its members in a multitude of ways.
